Digital Novel Refund Policy

When You Can Get a Refund

  • Wrong Novel Received: If you receive a different novel than what you ordered
  • Technical Issues: If the digital file is corrupted, won't download, or has formatting problems
  • Changed Your Mind: Within 24 hours of purchase if you haven't read more than 10% of the content
  • Accidental Purchase: Within 2 hours if purchased by mistake
  • Duplicate Purchase: Automatic refund for identical purchases made within 24 hours

Refund Timeline

Individual Novel Purchases

  • • Full refund within 24 hours (if <10% read)
  • • Technical issues: Full refund anytime
  • • Wrong novel: Full refund within 7 days

Subscription Plans

  • • Monthly: Full refund within 7 days
  • • Annual: Full refund within 14 days
  • • Unused portion refunded after trial period

Exchange Policy

When You Can Exchange

  • If you received the wrong novel, we'll exchange it for the correct one immediately
  • If you're unsatisfied with your selection, you can exchange for another novel of equal or lesser value within 48 hours
  • Technical issues with downloaded content can be exchanged for a fresh download link
  • Series purchases can be exchanged for individual novels if you change your mind within 24 hours

Special Circumstances

Lost Package (Digital)

If your digital download fails or you lose access to your purchased content, we'll provide a new download link immediately at no charge.

Damaged Product (Corrupted Files)

Corrupted or unreadable files will be replaced immediately. If the issue persists, we'll provide a full refund within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital novels that have been fully read (more than 90% completion)
  • Gift purchases (refunds must be requested by the original purchaser)
  • Promotional or heavily discounted items (unless defective)
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Content downloaded and saved locally after the refund period
